Luxurious venue, nothing too much trouble. Had deluxe queen room with large comfortable bed as well as shower. The breakfast with a vegan diet catered for. Remote location in beautiful grounds. And next to the restaurant, the forest and a conservatory opening onto the lovely garden. Good choice for exploring Bartley.

Comfortable rooms with appealing decor. Nestled near the New Forest, it's perfect for nature lovers, with nice walks right outside your door.
I faced some unexpected surprises. The issue with clean mugs and tea bags meant some constant back-and-forth requests. One room I saw had a peculiar ant problem, and another even had bathroom odor concerns, prompting an early checkout for at least one guest. All this could.

The food was delicious, especially during the evening meal, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, creating a lovely atmosphere. The bed in our room was quite uncomfortable, leading to a poor night's sleep, and some areas could use a bit more attention.
